The Career Counseling Guru was designed to consolidate a large portion of the U.S. Navy Career Counseling information into a single website. Traditionally, Career Counseling information is spread over many websites, which can make it hard for Counselors (especially new ones) to organize their programs. The Career Counseling Guru is your "one-stop shopping" site for Career Counseling information and creative new ideas.
 
Additionally, it was designed as a collaboration tool for Counselors to share ideas and be recognized for their hard work throughout the fleet. Please feel free to send in ideas and pictures of achievement to be displayed on the homepage.
